Plata si livrarea produselor
Acest magazin online este destinat exclusiv livrarii de produse catre clienti persoane juridice, persoane fizice, persoane fizice autorizate, intreprinderi individuale sau intreprinderi familiale, numai la adrese de pe teritoriul Romaniei, UE sau virtual in aproape toate statele cu exceptia Coreei de Nord, Cuba, Rusia. In momentul livrarii, o persoana cu varsta de minim 18 ani, reprezentand persoana fizica sau juridica, va semna pentru toate produsele expediate.
Orice comanda va fi livrata in limita stocului disponibil, cu conditia ca aceasta sa fi fost confirmata de catre ZET AD PUB. Termenul de livrare a produselor variază între 1 și 30 de zile în funcție de produs și se stabilește uneori împreună cu clientul. Pentru produsele nepersonalizate aflate in stoc, termenul e de 3 zile lucratoare.
Livrarea se face virtual sau prin reteaua de distributie Sameday, DPD, Pallex sau Fan Courier, . Stabilirea curierului cu care se expediaza fiecare comanda se face de catre ZET AD PUB SRL sau la specificația exactă a clientului
Valoarea transportului variaza de la 0 lei la 1.000 de lei. Majoritatea produselor au o valoare de transport apropiată de 0. Produsele cu o valoare mare a transportului vor fi semnalizate corepunzator.
Daca preferati o alta firma de curierat, va rugam sa ne comunicati atunci cand lansati comanda! Produsele va vor fi livrate cu conditia ca acestea sa fie achitate in avans (virament bancar/ card), costul transportului fiind in sarcina dumneavoastra.
Plata produselor comandate prin zet.igrec.ro se poate face astfel: prin ordin de plata/transfer bancar in avans sau plata cu cardul online.
Plata prin ordin de plata se face in baza facturii proforme, emisa la finalizarea unei comenzi. Produsele se vor expedia numai dupa ce se face dovada platii catre ZET AD PUB SRL.
Daca optati pentru plata online cu cardul bancar, procesarea datelor de pe cardul dumneavoastra se face prin intermediul, Stripe iar ZET AD PUB SRL nu solicita si nu stocheaza nici un fel de detalii referitoare la cardul pe care il detineti.
Returnarea produselor achizitionate la distanta
Conform O.U.G. 34/2014, consumatorul beneficiaza de o perioada de 30 zile calendaristice pentru a se retrage dintr-un contract la distanta sau dintr-un contract in afara spatiilor comerciale, fara a fi nevoit sa justifice decizia de retragere.
Aveți dreptul să returnați orice produs achiziționat de pe site-ul zet.igrec.ro fără un anumit motiv în acest termen de 30 de zile, cu specificația să plătiți transportul coletului.
Produsele necomforme, deteriorate sau avariate în perioada de garanție specificată pentru acel produs vor fi schimbate, sau la cererea clientului, rambursate.
Procedura pentru orice produs returnat e un e-mail la zet@igrec.ro cu specificația ”returnare produs” unde să ne prezentați motivul și modalitatea – schimbare produs sau returnare bani.
Payment and delivery of products
This online store is intended exclusively for the delivery of products to customers who are legal entities, individuals, authorized natural persons (PFA), individual enterprises, or family enterprises, only to addresses within Romania. At the time of delivery, a person aged at least 18, representing the individual or legal entity, shall sign for all shipped products.
Any order will be delivered within the limit of available stock, provided that it has been confirmed by ZET AD PUB. The delivery time for products varies between 1 and 30 days depending on the product and is sometimes established together with the customer. For non-personalized products in stock, the delivery time is 3 working days.
Delivery is made virtual or through the distribution network of Sameday, DPD, Pallex, or Fan Courier. The selection of the courier for each order is made by ZET AD PUB SRL or according to the customer’s exact specification.
The shipping cost varies from 0 RON to 1,000 RON. Most products have a shipping value close to 0. Products with high shipping costs will be appropriately flagged.
If you prefer another courier company, please inform us when placing the order! The products will be delivered to you provided they are paid for in advance (bank transfer/card), with the shipping cost being your responsibility.
Payment for products ordered through oldcustoms.ro can be made as follows: by payment order/bank transfer in advance or by online card payment.
Payment by payment order is made based on the proforma invoice issued upon completion of an order. The products will be shipped only after proof of payment to ZET AD PUB SRL is provided.
If you opt for online payment by bank card, the processing of your card data is done through STRIPE; ZET AD PUB SRL does not request or store any details regarding the card you own.
Return of products purchased remotely
According to G.E.O. (O.U.G.) 34/2014, the consumer benefits from a period of 30 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract without having to justify the withdrawal decision.
You have the right to return any product purchased from the zet.igrec.ro website without a specific reason within this 30-day period, provided that you pay for the return shipping of the package.
Non-conforming, damaged, or faulty products within the specified warranty period for that product will be replaced or, at the customer’s request, refunded.
The procedure for any returned product is an email to zet@igrec.ro with the subject „product return,” where you should present the reason and the preferred method – product exchange or refund.
